When will this direct debit appear on my bank account?

Your direct debit will normally show up as 'active' within your banks Direct Debit tab within 1-3 business day.

However, this can vary per bank so it may take longer in some instances.

Payment will usually be taken within 3 business days of your DD becoming active, but in some cases it can take 7 business days.‍

We submit the authorisation request to your bank immediately upon checkout. But we have no control over how long your bank takes to approve it.

Please don't email us asking for an 'urgent' direct debit or to 'manually speed it up'. We can't do it. After checkout, the timing is determined solely by your bank.

I need 2+ Direct Debits for my bank switch, can I create another one?

Yes you can! You can set up multiple direct debits using our service.

You can even use the same email for multiple Direct Debits and they will all appear as seperate charges on your bank account.

Many of our users create multiple direct debits and we've also verified it ourselves. It works!

My switch offer wants 'debit card' transactions, can you help?

Yes - we can help with that.

We offer very cheap, one-off Debit Card Transactions to help you qualify for these offers.

Please note, these work differently than our Direct Debit plans. So double check your bank switch requirements, and double check you're signing up for the right plan on our site.

How do I cancel the Direct Debit?

You can cancel the Direct Debit by using your banks online banking service and searching for your Direct Debit settings.

Using the mobile app of your bank is usually the easiest way. We recommend searching Google for 'how to cancel a direct debit on the (bank name) app'.

You can also call your bank directly to cancel it. Please do not chargeback the transaction. We have a zero tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. If you do this, we will block you from using our service in the future without warning.

Update: We get lots of emails asking 'when will the DD show on my account'.

If it hasn't been 7 business days since you signed up, please give it a little longer. Please note, business days do not include weekends!

We cannot speed up the process unfortunately. Some banks are just slower than others.

Update 2: We cannot cancel Direct Debits whilst awaiting bank authorisation.

If you have changed your mind since creating a Direct Debit, please wait for it to show on your account, and then cancel manually via your banks app.
